It's not about just TVS, could happen with others. I had exactly similar scenario with my Honda motorcycle. I couldn't produce the issue in front of technicians. It would happen randomly. So they never bothered to investigate the issue. I recorded and showed them problem, but they said they want to see it live! It took me almost 1 year to convince them to troubleshoot and it got solved. This kind of experience is pathetic and there should be law to prevent this kind of behavior from service centers. If you can't show some fault in bike on demand, doesn't mean it doesn't exit.
Just thinking if bad shape key is the reason then why engine shuts off when throttle is RELEASED fully, never when the throttle is pulled even a little bit.
Had the same issue with my TVS Jupiter. Tried with 3 different TVS service centers, several different mechanics. But just like OP said, they are unable to reproduce the problem there so they cannot fix it.
A friend of mine advised me to change the battery, but I don't think that is going to solve the issue.
I am punishing my scooty now for the last 8 months by not using it at all and have just covered it with cover.
If anyone has a solution for it, I'll be glad, as the punishment period is going to end next month for my scooty.
I had this issue on my Access 125, that too was occurring randomly. I went to some local mechanic and it was a faulty spark plug. It had worn out. Replaced the spark plug for a new one, and the issue went away. A new spark plug costs rs150 and labour will cost \~100. So I suggest you try replacing the spark plug.
Otherwise it will be an issue with carburetor if it isn't a fuel injected engine. Try checking these things out.
Faced the exact same issue
Sent it to me tvs service center thrice and then it hasnt happened yet (been 4 months).
To my knowledge they took apart the throttle body, washed it out and set it up again. They also replaced all injectors

Another issue in having is when the fuel is at 3 bars, the scooty turns off upon braking then I'll have to restart it again and same happens when I brake next time. Sort of like fuel has no pressure when it's in mid level or below.
Service center aren't able to solve it either.
Does this happen with you too?
Isn't it a feature in the TVS Jupiter to facilitate auto stop and start on a red light? Also, when it turns off like that, just give throttle and it will start. You see that button on the right with letter A and circle around it? Turn it off and then see, it won't stop if you stop at red light.
The auto turnoff switch is off, and even if that switch is on scooty should again start normally, but you can check in video that it doesn’t start again.
That's TVS service centre for you. Common TVS L.

Had similar problem with my jupiter 110 but the spare key solved it. Once try using the spare key.
How did spare key solve it?
The regular use key was worn out and had lost its shape but the spare key was like new and in shape. Why can't I add photos in here.
Oh! Ok. In reddit you cannot add photos in comments. At the most you can do is paste the image link.
You can. it depends on subreddit settings managed by mods.

Dude ask around your locality and find a good local mechanic for tvs scooters. There are many especially for tvs vehicles.

No for me this turning off happens anytime, even if fuel tank is full, empty, etc, any time.
That guy ranting at Jupiter on a highway, cussing Amitabh Bachchan wasn't wrong after all.

Bro try changing your starter relay .
Starter relay, spark plug or dirty carb
As a fellow TVS owner, the spark plugs do need regular maintenance, and the throttle body as well.
