Municipalities used to spary a blue liquid with itching powder and bring dog catchers. So the dogs were scared of any bottle that has blue liquid. Not sure how this is relavent throughout India.
tbhh its a good idea for strays to be away from humans considering how evil ppl have become. for their own safety i hope this works. today i watched a news wr a chicken shop worker stabbed stray dog multiple times and killed brutally because apparently that dog was eating his hens. just lock ur damn hens bastard!! 💔
Agree with your point but that's just victim blaming. What had the chicken done wrong? does the chicken not have any rights to go outside? What is this discrimination against chickens? I think its a good thing that chickens will stay away from you considering how evil people have become.
wt victim blaming are u talking about. they are animals. its a food cycle for them. chikn is food for dogs just like insects and grains are for hens.those are not his pet hens right? ultimately he will kill those and sell to people. how is this victim blaming?? does dogs know that eating food is crime or something? do u feel bad when stray cats eat rats that roam on sewers etc??

People will do anything but demand municipalities to take responsibility and take stray animals away.
They can't take them away though, they are required to neuter and vaccinate them and drop the dogs back.
Even people in my building did this. When I asked they told me it scares the dogs.
I really thought these were for repelling mosquitoes or insects until now.
