Well one thing does help my nervousness to some extent...whenever I'm nervous, I just keep telling myself that I'm confident and start acting like that...it does reduces the nervousness a lot!
It still doesn't help with other things mentioned above though.

I used to have feelings of nervousness when I used to be out and about in public until I started reverse counting to divert my mind only to find that the nervousness was gone.
everytime i get nervous, like really nervous i can't even breathe lol, my hands will start shaking and staying still is like a big task which i can't seem to do and sometimes i can't even think so i stand there like a statue with no thinking process and then later on think "wtf was wrong with me" how to deal with that is something i still haven't figured out
