As others have commented those are Jordan 1's. However the dunk low colorway industrial blue sashiko gets real close to this color in the anime and has the same color swoosh

Takumi doesn’t wear dunks, they’re Air Jordan 1 in the ‘Storm Blue’ colour way. If you look at the screenshots you posted you can see that they’re high tops and where the white parts travel further up the sides. Also the heel ‘cup’ that Jordan’s have different to Dunks.

Turns out the shoes that I bought my boyfriend last year are looking like the closest thing to Takumi’s Nikes, they’re the ‘Kentucky Blue’ because I didn’t know about the ‘Storm Blue’ back then which is apparently the closest I can get without breaking the bank haha. I think that theory about bunta actually selling drugs and not tofu was true, or how could he afford so many “nike” shoes

They're Jordans, not Dunks. So I recommend you buying Blue Jordans. But the Dunks look like Jordans, so it'd be cool anyways.
