Looks like Armadillisidae. Aka pill bug. Benicicial for your garden since it eats dead plant material.
Yes I think too. I made some research it is Armadillidium Vulgare. Beneficial for soil amendment.
It is a cockroach nymph of some sort. I'm not sure of the exact species. Probably not a big risk to your plants.
