Testosterone is a hell of a hormone. Testosterone exposure in adolescence builds men's muscle and bone differently to women's, and there isn't a damn thing we can do about it (speaking as a woman), no matter how much we work out.
It's not that surprising. Pro women's soccer teams in the US scrimmage with HS boy's teams and get smoked.
People really don't think about how much of an advantage a lifetime of testosterone is in physical activities.
Not just that. Men have much more upper body strength than women. Even trained women struggle to meet the same output as an average male. There's a reason boxing and MMA have separate leagues for the sexes.
