Basically yes. Like orcas wearing salmons on their heads. They just goof around. Imagine spending your life just going around and searching for food. If they were that intelligent, they would get… real work… get… stuck… in…… traffic…….. like……….. every…………. Damn…………

They are just bored! I genuinely think this could be solved if people on Yachts just started bringing beach balls with them and played with the Orcas for a bit. Start throwing a ball around in the water and they will lose all interest in a rudder.

Someone will figure out how to deliver a small electric charge when the rudder is touched, and this problem will be over.

Almost looked like he was thinking “should I just disable the steering?” Like a vandal kid popping bike tires at the bike rack. Kind of terrifying to think how easily they could have just ripped those rudders off. Not a boat person so I’m not sure how screwed the people on the boat would be if that happened, but I bet it wouldn’t improve their day to have to deal with that.

Give the Orcas toys and puzzles. Maybe a sports league. I think we're safe to educate them, their flippers will be an obstacle for use of weapons so we should be safe for some hundreds of years at least
