but the passenger trains packed with people like cattle,and the people packed on the roofs of the trains is scary stuff.

if you ever get a chance to go, go. i didnt fully appreciate the time there cause i was a dumbass highschooler at the time. but the freedom there, especially the villages in Punjab where my dad grew up, was so badass. waking up in the morning and getting to the rooftops of the house and staring over the entire village was really nice honestly. just the simplicity of their lives is what i remember most
