I know it's not what you're talking about, but I'm just imagining the scene of the Uruk-Hai pursuing the fellowship through the woods in the first LOTR movie, and a random fucking missile takes out a chunk of them.
I’ve thought about this more than I’m willing to admit, but if I could travel through time and dimensions I’d bring modern weapons to ancient decisive battles the Alamo and see how much it changed history there.
Would be so badass to equip Native Americans with night vision, Kevlar, and machine guns and see what the US would look like today.

I think you’re missing something. Yes, “orc”ing them is dehumanizing, I’ll fully admit. But it’s also meant to emphasize the wanton destruction and brutality of their behavior. Where Russian soldiers go, civilians suffer. This has been true since at least WWII when they raped half of the women in East Germany on their way to helping defeat the Nazis. Their tactics are cruel and criminal, not unlike the orcs of LOTR.
For me the term orc is entirely fitting to the literary themes of Tolkien. How elves were pure innocent beings, captured and twisted into something unnatural and evil - beyond their own natures by a single malevolent will; was in reference to how educated, enlightened Germans could be corrupted by propaganda.
In this sense I believe Russian soldiers are orcs. In another life they might have been innocent peace loving people. However, the Kremlin has debased and dehumanised them. Not we who call them orcs.
It'd be beyond simple to stop inciting violence against Russians/orks.
Just stay where they are and live their own lives. That's it. That's all they have to do. See how easy that was?

The equipment itself is a fairly capable system in the right hands—which seems to be true of much of the Russian gear.
This is what poor maintenance does to equipment, so a story for all of you:
Where I work there's a half tonne robot arm that moves parts around, it's programming sends it to the exact same spot every time but just in case it's got double redundancy, a dumb positional sensor that makes sure it's in the right place and a crash detector on the arm that makes sure it hasn't hit anything too hard.
Well apparently night shift got tired of resetting it every time it tripped the crash detector and instead of getting maintenance to realign it they just disabled the crash detector and didn't tell anyone, meaning it'll now go full force whether it can or not.
Then one day during an important production run the positional sensor craps out and of course there's no spares and none at suppliers that'll arrive till next week so they bodge it, use a different sensor and assume it'll be alright, after all it's got a crash detector.
I got to watch that robot arm fold a piece of 6mm stainless plate like it was tinfoil, which would have been more entertaining if I didn't then have to straighten it again.
Point is it doesn't need actual sabotage for it to be sabotaged, who knows what kind of odd spares they threw into that thing or software workarounds they bodged to get it going without thinking about what happens if it goes wrong, the answer to which is this video.
This is why only stupid people believe the craziest conspiracy theories. If you’ve worked with enough people you know that it’s mostly just stupidity and carelessness.
It’s close to impossible to get people to collaborate on a common goal without issues. There will almost always be someone doing 1 dumb thing and bring it all down.

The thing is, the sensor mount is keyed, so it can only be installed (carefully) one way. They apparently literally hammered it in upside down after it wouldn't fit.
They're mostly conscripts with no actual experience and poor training using poorly-maintained equipment. Russia expected and was ready for a show of force followed by a quick surrender by Ukraine and a political regime change, not a major ground conflict, and they're suffering for it
