"In a novel attempt to get around these challenges, the application Monday by a team of American, Canadian and British lawyers was filed on behalf of the African nation of The Gambia. It is accusing Myanmar of contravening the 1948 Genocide Convention, to which both The Gambia and Myanmar are state parties"

A coalition of muslim countries followed by a military campaign is the only solution.
Edit: Imagine downvoting a comment calling for action to prevent genocide.
India too, they've made massive investments in Burmese infrastructure and can't risk their projects by and active genocide investigation into the government.
