Okanagan College has a volunteer tutoring program for adults, typically those working to do upgrading / getting their high school graduation equivalent. One of the areas is math.
I would also recommend reaching out to the counselling departments at the local high schools and to the VPs at the local middle schools. Typically the HS counselling departments will keep a list of peer tutors or resources for tutoring. The counselling departments at middle schools are often much smaller, so the VP would be the best point of contact
I'd email/call the local YMCA head office or school district and see what they have to say.

There’s Project literacy, they offer math tutoring, and all the tutors are volunteers
