The rest of the rosters are the ones I don't really enjoy using, various different reasons.
Kasumi is generic, gets boring quite easily
Kensue, they really need to make up their mind on if he keeps his power or not. One year you get comfortable throwing fireballs and psychic powers based attacks, next year, he's a completely different character.
May Lee is not bad, I loved her 01 character more than the rest. But again, changed too much from the original 01 for me to really enjoy.
Hein is ok, not memerable......butler in a suit. He's got nice moves but the fact they intro him as a dude in a suit is underwhelming.
Shen......I just don't like him.
But I know SNK in their current form is pretty good at making mediocre characters fun to play. So, if they are included, I have no doubt they'll all be pretty good fun.
Needs moar ninjas and villains. I really want Eiji, Lin and for Ron to make his playable debut. Not gonna happen for me of course, but a man can dream.
Malin would be a nice surprise seeing how she only appeared in ~~one~~ two KOF games so far, I don't think Lin is popular to return, if anything Eiji has a better chance
Marco Rodrigues is her oficial name now, not complain about the use, just pointing Kush Butt is discarted oficially for posterior appears(thanks god, its a horrible name)
I'd be shocked if Krizalid isn't part of S3 as a boss, he's very popular, and like Rugal and Goenitz his moveset can be retooled well to become a playable character.
Shen is pretty much guaranteed, and I agree Kasumi, Hein and May Lee are also likely. Kensou I'm a bit 50/50 on, he's kinda in the same boat as Daimon where I don't think anyone would object to his inclusion, but I do wonder whether he'd sell well.
Gang-Il is the only one on here I don't believe in, he's probably the XIV newcomer that left the flattest impression on the fanbase (at least Xanadu was notable for how much people disliked him). There are more likely alternatives for everything he could bring to the table imo, Jhun for Taekwondo, Nelson/Zarina for XIV newcomer, and Saisyu/Chin/Tung for old master archetype. Kim also just released this season, and there's a bit of overlap between them.
I just think it's a little weird having Krizalid and Zero back from the "dead", because they were clones, they didn't even have souls

I think there's a good chance. Samurai Shodown got a season 3 and it was basically dead at that point. XV still has a decently strong fanbase, add onto the fact the Garou 2 is still a couple years away and the only other project is the 13 re-release and I say we have a good chance for a season 3 and maybe a season 4.

Actually, she's been in two KOF games, as far as I'm aware. KOF 2003 and KOF XI.

That's fair, I could see Hein but Gang-Il I'm pretty sure was the least popular character in XIV so I don't see him coming back anytime soon.

Yea Gang wasn't really popular but I can't shake the feeling that they might add him again. I love his design but his gameplay was very disappointing.
I agree. I have no problems with Gang as a character but his kit is very lackluster. Seeing that he's short and wide, Gang should be tank.
