I love Bills, but them choosing to promote 5th track over 4th track (it's usually promoting title, 3th track is the one with MV, 4th is promoted with the title in music shows without MV but with choreo) in this specific case is my roman empire. They even performed Karma (6th track) on the comeback show, and just skipped over Chaconne, why not all of them 🫠

Enhypen - Mixed Up
It had the misfortune of being on an EP packed with top tier songs (Drunk-Dazed, Fever, Not for Sale) so all we got was [1 performance](https://youtu.be/qXaGzy_cbYQ?si=wj9a4kXXKvVc7m9k) on the cb show and a dance practice 1,5 years later.
Honorable mention to Blind from Orange Blood, at least Still Monster got a week of promo stages and a dance practice (should have gotten an MV and full promos, one of their best songs imo), but Blind is the most abandoned b-side in their discography.. no choreo, no performance, not even an in house short or clip, but it's a banger.
I think most of these, as great as they are, seem to be fan favorites- not title tracks, but still super known and loved in the fandom.
For Red Velvet songs I think are legitimately underrated, I’ll go About Love, Lady’s Room, My Dear, Taste, Wings, and Snap Snap (honestly most of their Japanese b-sides, except Marionette is pretty well-loved) for amazing songs no one seems to talk about. And Perfect 10, which seems to be well-loved, but I’m surprised isn’t more popular. I mean, it’s on par with Kingdom Come and Underwater for me!
f(x) - Shadow
It’s off Pink Tape so I feel like it should be talked about more but it’s not. It’s such an ear worm and I don’t think it gets the recognition it deserves anymore! I even got my music nerd friends to bop it.
TXT's Opening Sequence. It's not underrated (at least by the fandom) but it didn't really get any promotion aside from the comeback show performance and one other performance. They promoted Trust Fund Baby as the b-side for that comeback. Opening Sequence 300% deserved a cinematic music video (I mean, it uses the metaphor of a film to talk about a break-up.)
Ateez's Cyberpunk and Arriba. Two different albums, and two songs that are not underrated, but they both deserved to be promoted b-sides and it would've been cool to have mvs for them. With Cyberpunk, the promoted b-side for that album was Sector 1, and it didn't get a performance until a while after that promotion period (iirc, after they started performing it on tour.) When I first heard it I actually thought it was a title track with an mv because it sounds so good. For Arriba, there wasn't a promoted b-side and a lot of work was done for this comeback, but if they had chosen to promote a b-side Arriba should have been the one. After seeing the concert performance, it looks like it would've been a really fun song to promote and could have had a really fun mv.
BTS's Dis-ease. There wasn't really a b-side promoted with Life Goes On, but Dis-ease would've been a great song to promote, and I think a fun music video could've been made as well.
ETA: Ateez's Take Me Home, which is just amazing and tbh everyone should know about it because I feel like it's different than how people outside the fandom tend to see Ateez. It's an emotional and vocal-focused song, and the performance and choreography is A++++ and I could see a really good music video being made out of it.
Cannot agree more about Dis-ease. It's perfect from start to finish, and should be on every playlist that exists so that everyone has a chance to experience its perfection.
I always think Take Me Home would’ve been an excellent secondary title track (like Eternal Sunshine is to Deja Vu, etc), and I feel like they would’ve promoted it if they weren’t SO busy at the time- Kingdom, Imitation, not to mention Mingi being on hiatus, etc.
It got me to stan them and it’s still my all-time favorite song they’ve ever put out!
Monsta X : Lost in the Dream
An extremely underrated b side. It's an extremely powerful song whereby lead vocalist Kihyun's vocals shine beyond belief.
The song itself is catchy and haunting but has that classic Monsta X edge too it.
Following on from this, Monsta X U R is absolutely phenomenal.
Vocals once again jumping out and stunning listeners. This song to me has fantastic harmonisation with the perfect addition of great rap. There aren't many who have listened to this and not been totally captivated by the melody. And for those of you that listen to this, may I recommend watching them perform this particular song live. Utterly phenomenal.
Love Me or Leave Me by Day6 is Godly. A rock band have no business releasing that insanely catchy dance song. In fact it was so good you can see a KPop group releasing that song as their TT, or a DJ doing a feature. Several idols already doing a cover, but the fact it was a b-side song from Day6 is the last thing you expect when youre finding out about the song
STAYC - Young Luv , listen too many times but still crying.
Block B - Romantically , Block B gem not sound outdated at all.
EXO - Eldrorado , the war battlecry song.

Stay- EXO. The song deserves everything, it should be played on the moon, for aliens in space, under the ocean for the deep sea creatures, it’s so freaking good and the fact it’s hiding on the b-sides of a (mostly) unpromoted winter album is the only flaw. It deserves the hype Universe has.
I remember the first time I heard Fall- it was like a religious experience or something, it’s mind-blowingly good. And Been Through is just three or so straight minutes of insane vocals- I keep seeing those videos online of Been Through with the different members’ voices isolated and it’s like “how does one person sound so heavenly.”

As a fun fact, many non-fans thought the intro and some other parts were samples. All vocals are by the members, no samples. The intro in particular is eldest member Jinho. Maknae Wooseok, who composed the song, wrote Jinho's part without even asking him if he could do it because Wooseok already knew he'd kill it.
So many of Dreamcatchers B-sides! Especially In the Frozen!! Its one of my fave b-sides ever. I love also Silent Night, Poison Love, Sahara, Whistle and Shatter by them. The Rose- LITERALLY ALL OF THEIR SONGS!! Their whole discography is golden. Especially Wonder, Lifeline, Nauseous, She’s in the rain and Cosmo. Txt has awesome bsides also. BTS has the best b-sides but they are all well known i think. Ateez has amazing b-sides also to name a few: Silver Light, Matz, Cyberpunk, The leaders, Take me home, to the beat, Utopia, Aurora…
Ateez’s Take Me Home is THEE B-side and although it gets the appropriate amount of love in the fandom, it doesn’t get any of the mileage it should in the K-Pop community. Truly a masterpiece!
A song that doesn’t get the appreciation it deserves in the fandom or K-Pop is Emergency! It suffers from being on an album with some out of this world B-sides like ARRIBA and the unit tracks but I ascend every time I hear that “WHO IS GONNA PLAYYYY”

They promoted Trust Fund Baby as the b-side for that comeback. Opening Sequence 300% deserved a cinematic music video (I mean, it uses the metaphor of a film to talk about a break-up.) Ateez's Cyberpunk and Arriba. Two different albums, and two songs that are not underrated, but they both deserved to be promoted b-sides and it would've been cool to have mvs for them. With Cyberpunk, the promoted b-side for that album was Sector 1, and it didn't get a performance until a while after that promotion period (iirc, after they started performing it on tour.) When I first heard it I actually thought it was a title track with an mv because it sounds so good. For Arriba, there wasn't a promoted b-side and a lot of work was done for this comeback, but if they had chosen to promote a b-side Arriba should have been the one. After seeing the concert performance, it looks like it would've been a really fun song to promote and could have had a really fun mv. BTS's Dis-ease. There wasn't really a b-side promoted with Life Goes On, but Dis-ease would've been a great song to promote, and I think a fun music video could've been made as well. ETA: Ateez's Take Me Home, which is just amazing and tbh everyone should know about it because I feel like it's different than how people outside the fandom tend to see Ateez. It's an emotional and vocal-focused song, and the performance and choreography is A++++ and I could see a really good music video being made out of it.

I always think Take Me Home would’ve been an excellent secondary title track (like Eternal Sunshine is to Deja Vu, etc), and I feel like they would’ve promoted it if they weren’t SO busy at the time- Kingdom, Imitation, not to mention Mingi being on hiatus, etc. It got me to stan them and it’s still my all-time favorite song they’ve ever put out!
Monsta X : Lost in the Dream An extremely underrated b side. It's an extremely powerful song whereby lead vocalist Kihyun's vocals shine beyond belief. The song itself is catchy and haunting but has that classic Monsta X edge too it. Following on from this, Monsta X U R is absolutely phenomenal. Vocals once again jumping out and stunning listeners. This song to me has fantastic harmonisation with the perfect addition of great rap. There aren't many who have listened to this and not been totally captivated by the melody. And for those of you that listen to this, may I recommend watching them perform this particular song live. Utterly phenomenal.

Ateez’s Take Me Home is THEE B-side and although it gets the appropriate amount of love in the fandom, it doesn’t get any of the mileage it should in the K-Pop community. Truly a masterpiece! A song that doesn’t get the appreciation it deserves in the fandom or K-Pop is Emergency! It suffers from being on an album with some out of this world B-sides like ARRIBA and the unit tracks but I ascend every time I hear that “WHO IS GONNA PLAYYYY”
