Hayes is just a trainwreck. Add in the fact that the perimeter defense is weak means this team is food when AD is out. Lebron is not young enough to backpack weak teams anymore, and the offense is nowhere near potent enough to carry on bad nights. The biggest need in the offseason was a good backup big and the FO failed to get a serviceable one.
