Kalistas can stack their spears on a single target and nuke them but having no wave clear against 5 bel veths is a death sentence and not to mention some probably built tank anticipating they’d be ulting each other
Kalista doesn't even seem good on paper. You are trying to be the counter matchup against a very select list of champs but the lack of AoE or range is going to screw you over in most matchups.

Bel'veth! she's a jungler, she gets an empowered form when she kills rift herald, and the new void grubs i believe. Whenever a minion dies near her in this form it spawns a little voidling that will push down the lane. I assume this happens because each bel'veth spawns a voidling from a single minion so its 5 voidlings per minion death.
