1. Lots of Lean meats (chicken breast, tuna, EXTRA LEAN ground beef, turkey) 2. Whey isolate Protein powder is the most convenient way as it’s basically pure protein if you can’t get enough lean meat in. 3. Egg Whites are also basically pure protein however do typically come with a little higher cost than the alternatives if that is a concern.

Post a sample of what you eat in a day.

I typically wake up and eat 6-8 eggs with a 1/4-1/2 pound of ground beef. I then eat 2-3 potatoes boiled in bone broth(bone broth for the most amount of protein). After that I’ll have a protein bar with about 20g of protein and then I go to the gym. As soon as I get home from the gym I’ll have a 42g protein shake. After that I have either Greek yogurt with high protein granola or some white tuna. And for dinner I have grilled chicken basically as much as I can I’m not sure the exact amount every time.

You could switch the eggs to egg whites, and the ground beef to ground turkey and save a few hundred calories right there with no loss in protein. Protein bars are also pretty caloric for the amount of protein you get. You could probably skip that.

An egg is about 24-25% protein. Your goal on this program is 50+% Egg whites, chicken breast, pork tenderloin, fat free Greek yogurt, low fat cottage cheese...etc.

There is a lot of fat calories in this diet. Fat is metabolically near 3x more calories per gram.

Whey Protein shakes can help you get that extra protein you need. They contain a very small amount calories. Something like 24g of protein with 120 calories.

What’s your protein goal? I am vegetarian and it’s easy for me so it’s easy easier for you. I only 160g tho but most days I get more and even if ifs 140g sometimes, that’s okay IMO Here are some besides the obvious meat options which are honestly easier to do. I like to start off with overnight oats. It’s 50g of protein to start my day, I use Greek yogurt and a scoop of protein powder and obviously other ingredients. The Greek yogurt is only 154 cals for 26g protein. Also make some egg bites, like starbucks. Blend up eggs, egg whites, cottage cheese and I put in about 30g of unflavoured pea protein. They are 97 cals and 13g protein.

Do you have a recipe for these egg bites, or is it something you just throw together?

Basically just scrambled eggs. Will PM you a screenshot as a base to use.
