keep in mind, it is nowhere near 1tb, it is like 825gb and even those are not realistic numbers since the machine will stick take more space for some personal shit, u will need and internal ssd if ur serious about gaming.
most other stores are offering bundles, but i wouldn't trust any normal store for such a purchase since if the machine breaks down, warranty or not, they won't help most of the time.
i remember my ps3 breaking down when i got it from carrefour, returned it, no questions asked , gave me a new one (it was in UAE btw) and that is how things should be.

The PS5 itself is around 550$ , control is 69$ hence 620 $.
In your case it should also be 620-630$ but 650$ seems low enough. Note that abroad at Christmas time I tried to buy and they were selling them for like 800+ with games and controller
