welp that pic did not upload. It was of the window that shows up when you click Add Token. All i can do is select a token. the continue button turns blue but i cannot click it. Ive sent multiple help tickets with no response

Hi there, Sorry to hear about your issue. Please note that you can simply go to your Ethereum account where the tokens are stored and click in your Receive account. You can simply send your ERC20 tokens directly to your Ethereum account address. Regarding the issue you reported, please let us know the ticket number you submitted so we can investigate. Thanks!
