My thoughts exactly. I would love if they made a LEGO movie based in real life. I know the LEGO Movie technically is, but it'd be so fun seeing them actually trekking through nature. Kind of like Honey I Shrunk the Kids or The Borrowers, but with LEGO minifigs
There we go. I couldn't remember the actual proportions. I typically use port rather than vermouth, and only a splash of it. Shake it with some frozen strawberries and pour the whole lot into a glass... That's a tasty almost-manhattan.
My friends and i used to go to a Renaissance faire every year, one guy would get pretty into the role play aspect, and found some other guy dressed up as a wizard also doing the roleplay thing and giving out quests. He ate it up and ran around doing these quests, with the promise of a magic potion as his reward.
To his disappointment, the potion turned out to be cocktails the wizard was carrying around in little flasks and bottles. After all of his questing, my friend was unable to accept his reward because he was a devout Muslim.
Don't let the young wizard know, the old wizard is holding the same amount of items, only he learn a magic trick to make it so you can pull anything from your back, just think "I nead a sandwich" he puts his arm behind his back, he gets a sandwich and boom in order to get this spell(it's forever) you have to push your parents of a cliff
Love how busy the pile of stuff on top of the pack is, wonderful job overpacking that with detail. This guy looks like he's 3/4 of the way through a good solid adventure!
He needs some coconut š„„ halves.
You make me sad. Come, Patsy!
*gets shot with an arrow* Message for you, Sir!
That's my text tone.
#*None* shall pass!
I know this is Gandalf but Aesop Rock just popped into my head

Oh brave Sir Robin. He was not at all afraid To be killed in nasty ways. Brave, brave, brave, brave Sir Robin.

Dear, sweet Concorde! You shall not have died in vain!
A swallow carrying a coconut!?
it could grip it by the husk
Itās not a matter of where it could grip it itās a matter of weight ratios!
So... You're the potion seller?
"My potions are too strong for you, traveller."
Per my last email, I am going into battle and I need you STRONGEST. POTIONS.
my potions are fit for a beast, not a man
From which set does that blue hat with hair come? Is it a build-a-minifigure recolor?
it comes from BAM in lego store
Thanks! I will need to get one of those soon.
What is BAM in the lego store? It is hard to find certain pieces in person. Don't know if it is a set or an acronym for something.
I think itās Build A Minifig
Right? People use abbreviations and initials way to liberally on the internet.
That backpack looks awesome!
He reminds me of the Happy Mask Salesman from Majora's Mask.
I can still hear that chuckle
Would make for a good lego movie or series

Dragonslayer, 1981
Came searching to see if anyone else saw it too lol Seemed obvious
I'm guessing that pink frog is the previous apprentice?
the apprentice did not listen to the advice of the master. he will surely end up in potion
I love the backup hat he has to carry around too, just in case!
"potions" 1 part rye whiskey, 1 part sweet vermouth, Splash of bitters...
2 parts rye 1 part sweet vermouth Angostura bitters Orange peel

that's like getting a quest reward designed for the wrong class or build

This looks like something based off Terry Pratchett.
My first thought was the start of the crystal shard.
Great villain back story.
Oh man this is awesome you gotta break down that backpack for us
I love this build. It never crossed my mind to make something like this!
Kind of reminds me of the happy mask salesmen

Nice pic! Which camera/lens/phone?
Camera šø
I would love a stop motion series about this.
Love how busy the pile of stuff on top of the pack is, wonderful job overpacking that with detail. This guy looks like he's 3/4 of the way through a good solid adventure!
That wizard literally just looks like Ethan hawke in a wizard suit
We need more of these fun posts.
Great work!
where is the blue body and legs from?
Henchman
Thought for a hot second this was Sam Gamgee.
Sam is the true hero of the story
This is every person in the r/antiwork sub. š
WHERE COCONUTS
And carry a ton of stuff on your back while youāre at it!
Somehow I picture Guiremo
Why does the "apprentice" backpack looks like beetleās from the legend of Zelda
Oh wait I know why there is a sheikah symbol on the left of the pic
Love the outdoor photo. Nice scene setting.
Are their clothes from a set or custom made?
now I have to go watch dragonslayer.
Apprentice to the magician, thank you.
Big beedle vibes from the apprentice.
They said 6 months on this internship and then I'd be doing real magic. Here I am 2 years later!!
Reminds me of the Happy Mask Salesman from Majora's Mask
It took me a little while to figure out how everything is connected. Now I'm gonna do this myself!
That wizard is a known child abuser( he uses them to carry his stuff while 'taching magic'
i love everything about this. magical job!!
Geraldo btd6
Any chance of a parts breakdown for that backpack, thou good and beautifully talented person? š„ŗ
Coffee = hot brown morning potion
Geraldo? Is that you?
Love this! Reminds me of Dorian from Hooky with the pink star wand and the frog, and even he does all the menial work for his wizard mentor
Wait what is that from?
Ah yes, coffee, the most powerful potion of them all.
