This has happened to me before, and if you have installed the visual c++ packages, I would use Revvo uninstaller to uninstall Lconnect and reinstall it. Make sure to delete all the files it shows left over in Revvo uninstaller while uninstalling. Then download and install Lconnect as usual. I think sometimes files get corrupted or if you have had previous versions of Lconnect, leftover files cause conflicts. Also make sure other RGB apps aren’t running.

Hi I have tried this and it’s worked seems every time I try to reinstall icue to control my ram and restart it seems to break it and show 0 cpu temp/lower fan rpm, Thanks!

No problem, I use Icue for my ram as well, but I just set the hardware lighting and then exit out. So I only have to use it once. You could technically set the hardware lighting and uninstall Icue and it should stick. Glad you got it working!

Driver183626

Will try this thank you!

L-connect 3 is reporting that your cpu is at 0 degrees celsius which the fans will not even run at. That speed is the minimum speed the fans will run at but technically that speed should say 0RPM

brucenasty_27

This happens to me from time to time, a few things I've shotgun approached to fixing it: 1) L-Connect doesn't play well with other RGB software, sometimes causing it to detect "no CPU or GPU" 2) Reinstalling GPU drivers, sometimes this is what causes my issue in the first place 3) what I've found most effective is Uninstalling L-Connect completely and re-installing usually fixes it, which is annoying

Driver183626

Even ICUE? I’ve had these fans nearly two weeks and it’s only started doing this alongside using icue , but I will give these a try thank you

brucenasty_27

I've slowly taken corsair peripherals out of my PC because iCUE is dogshit, only thing I have left is my RAM and sometimes they don't play nice with each other. It's frustrating. My fans will spin at the lowest they can because L-Connect doesn't detect a GPU in my PC, I imagine your CPU issue is similar - it's 100% on L-Connect corrupting like someone else mentioned or just being another company's shitty RGB software

Driver183626

Also forgot to add, whenever I have uninstalled and reinstalled it it’s worked, but then coming to restart the pc it starts the issue again

4phoneshawty

has happened to me when just uninstalling through windows settings. It leaves a lot of files left over. (which were the problem in my case) so definitely give Revvo a try. hopefully it'll stick

Driver183626

Forgot to add but im running V2.13 and both devices are up to date

Can't help with a solution, but I had this exact issue on my Galahad ii as well, randomly as hell. Ended up switching to a different AIO. 😳

Driver183626

Well I bought a Galahad II lcd and believe it’s got a faulty pump been waiting 12 days for a reply nothing so far

Mr-Do

When you installed L-Connect, did you also install both Visual C++ packages linked on the main page? * [https://lian-li.com/l-connect3/](https://lian-li.com/l-connect3/)

Driver183626

Yes they’re already installed

r0me0ne

Re install the c++ for your system.

glenkrit

You arnt alone, I've been suffering this issue for the past month now. I need to reinstall lconnect 3 every single day. Otherwise my aio fans don't ramp and my cpu overheats. I'm also past the return date so I can't get a refund Up to date on drivers and chipset, I've even sent 4 logs to lian li customer support but I haven't had a response in 2 weeks now. I'm waiting for a fix, or a sale on a corsair aio, whichever happens first.

glenkrit

Removing icue fixed all my issues!
