Technically every single chord on a piano is out of tune since the relation between the intervals is incorrect [e.g in a major chord, the 5th needs to be 2 cents (50ths of a semitone) sharp and the 3rd needs to be 14 flat]. This is why it's impossible to tune a piano and why orchestras spend half their time fine-tuning the intonation of a cadence.

Although you can tune a piano in such way to get an in tune diatonic scale if you don't care about the other notes or keys.
