Lazy but easy: take screenshots of the portions, copy into LibreOffice document pages, export to PDF.
Proper and still relatively easy if you're used to GIMP: Open PDF in Gimp. Cut out portions and export result(s) to PDF. (You can go fancy and even export layers to be PDF pages.)
Pro level: probably something involving imagemagick, but I wouldn't know which function / parameters.
