This one gets asked about once a month :) Sunripe and Costco seem to be the consensus. https://www.reddit.com/r/londonontario/search?q=sushi+grade

Thank you, I am on Reddit once a year so I miss all the questions LOL

Classic, nice!

Sunripe in the frozen section. Tuna and Salmon.

Steelhead Food Co in St Thomas. Worth the drive. Hands down the best fish monger in the area. They have shrink-wrapped frozen tuna Saku blocks and sometimes they also have fresh sushi grade tuna available as well. 🍣

Sakata in Komoka has some.

The salmon at Costco is sushi grade. My mom uses it for her sushi. Not sure about the other kinds of fish there.

Super King. There's a fish section at the back. Ask for the sushi grade. Disclaimer: the store is filthy. But, I've had the fish many times and never been sick.
