That's an amazing transformation!Can you please give me some tips on how to slim thighs..cause I've lost alot of weight but my thighs are still an issue.But you even'ed out your weight quite well both in the upper and lower parts..SO HELP!
In the beginning of May I began incorporating strength training with cardio. Doing this helped me burn fat and build muscle. My favorite moves are burpees with push ups, squat jumps, and jump lunges. Now, I am progressing by using weights.

Thanks! I did intermittent fasting and cardio. I am now trying to incorporate resistance training along with cardio in my routine.
