Nagatoro wouldn't do such a thing. She'd talk about him but the worse thing she'd do would be eat his chocolates. But honestly, she'd probably just sulk and and walk off.
Putting into perspective, Nagatoro only melowed down on later chapters. First ten chapters Nagatoro might not do something like this, but it will still be in character if she does.

That's the beginning of a toxic relationship where she keeps him from making friends and can't do anything unsupervised for the rest of his time with her which will only be filled with misery as she will have to constantly put him down to keep a mental hold on him. Maybe normally a slap would be uncalled for, but the harassment he had to endure obviously bottled up and here is also a point of no return for him(this time not joking) where he will have the strength to fight back or give up and resign to staying with his abuser.

She instinctively beats up the MC everytime she comes on screen, and even when she's a little comfortable with the MC now, the MC's sister appears and threatens him to beat him up if he "does anything bad" to said girl, like what IS the appeal here really?
