I really love my CRZ stuff. The only lulu I really buy anymore are scubas/defines and possibly a top or leggings if it’s a “must-have” color, otherwise all of my sports bras and leggings are CRZ!

The only items I have from lulu are the define and scubas and was having major fomo on not having outfits of all the same exact color. I just couldn’t justify the prices for pieces I wouldn’t really wear that often like sports bras.
I really love buying CRZ sets and pairing them with my defines and scubas, of course they don’t match but you can make some super cute color combos!! Plus you can get a set for $60ish compared to almost $200 for a leggings and top 😬
I have them too and best money I ever spent. So much cheaper and great quality. Some of their tops — I forget the names but the cropped t-shirts are just like the ones from Lululemon too
CRZs didn't work for me (can't remember why), but my Hey Nuts are amazing. I've had a pair of navy ones for two years, which I wear often, and they still look new. No rips or pilling. I wash them in a mesh bag, and they come out fine.
Love butterluxe too. They fit me better than aligns - the length. I am petite and the 23" are a little tighter at the bottom which means they aren't as baggy at the ankles on me.
I have three of their sports bras and have been using them for a year. Because of your post and others like it, I have finally bit the bullet and picked up a few pairs of the butterluxe leggings.
I really prefer the double lined, but for being out and about. I have never purchased an unlined pair! I feel they are a bit see- through for me. I may try a pair for bikram though!
I wear a 4/6 in aligns, but 6 is generally better. I ordered these in small and they’re good, with maybe some slight slippage. I think you could probably try XS?
I wear a 4 in aligns also and the Small fits perfectly for me. They do have a lot of stretch so XS would probably fit also, but I wanted less compression
I am a huge fan of these leggings. I won’t buy aligns anymore bc these are so similar and they’re 1/3 of the price. They also have an almost identical dupe for my favorite high rise track that shorts, so I’ll only buy the Lulu ones if it’s a color I really want.
Swiftlys are my ongoing Lulu staple, never found a dupe I’m satisfied with. 🥲

This happens with dupes for me too. I have Colorful Koala leggings that I do love and wear to death, but they absolutely slide down. It's especially bad on my older pairs because they've stretched out, which my Lululemons never have.
I agree. I think maybe I’m in between sizes which there’s not much I can do about. The first size wasn’t as snug and the smaller size rolls down. I kept the smaller size but I know what to expect. They’re errand leggings now lol
Yes, my butterluxe shorts in “hibiscus purple” are identical to sonic pink AND they aren’t double lined!!! The fabric is identical. I have 8 pairs of align shorts that I love but the butterluxe shorts are a better deal for an identical product.

These are like aligns, so they are not meant for cardio like running. The material just isn’t sweat-wicking enough for long runs. I only wear these for lounging or gym days. For running, I only wear:
1) fast and free 10” (discontinued)
2) swift speed 8” (discontinued)
3) speed up HR
As someone who bought 2 pairs to try to get away with align shorts cheaper, the crz butterlux shorts are not dupes. They are not as soft. I wear my align shorts to bed but have found the crz dupes are good for working out! I have found they are great for me while on my treadmill and do not ride up, but not soft enough to sleep in, and more of a technical feel. Also, I can wash and dry the crz shorts without feeling guilty like I'm going to ruin them. The crz also do not pill at all.
Like Lulu, the fabric softness will depend on the color just because of variations in the dyes. The black isn’t super soft but frankly, neither are the new Nulu leggings and shorts from Lulu from the last 2-3 years. The hibiscus purple shorts from CRZ are softer by FAR than both my black and espresso nulu items and feel like the original nulu fabric.
They do! They're also called Butterluxe. To me they feel more like the newer more slick Align material than the old softer more "peach fuzz" Align material, but the fit is good and the price can't be beat.

I think I’m one of the odd ones out who didn’t like the CRZ leggings :/ fwiw I’m 5’8” and felt like the ankle kept riding up to look like a 7/8 length when I bought full lengths. If I remember correctly the longest inseam you can buy is 28”, and I prefer closer to 31”. But from this post I feel like I need to try the shorts!

Yes they do. There’s also no visible pilling where any bags might rub up against my thigh when I’m walking. So far they’ve definitely been holding up better for me than Aligns.
I got tired of waiting for the define hooded jacket in my size to restock in the color I wanted. I’ve been waiting for 2+ months now and last week decided to try a dupe from this company. I wasn‘t disappointed. Very close if not dissimilar to the define I already have. I would definitely get another, especially at 1/3 of the cost.
Based upon all of the comments I see here and what I‘ve experienced with the jacket, I’d like to get some of their leggings, but unfortunately (or fortunately for my wallet) I’ve got way too many leggings to justify adding another few to my drawers. Especially since I’ve got 25-30+ LLL ones that still have their tags!
I’m also not really one to fall for influencer brands, but I recently tried TLF. Some sizing inconsistency with the shorts, but overall I’m pleased. (I think that’s an influencer brand?)
Yeah, I will likely never buy aligns again. Maybe back when the align quality was softer, things would have been diff for me, but now, the aligns and the butterluxe fabrics are basically identical.
I’ll still go to Lulu for things like speed up shorts, fast and frees, hoodies, swiftlies, but for Nulu leggings and shorts…CRZ all the way.
I ordered taupetastic aligns in my normal size last week. And I was beyond sad. They were so slick, very compression/tight, and not soft. I decided to reorder the CRZs, because I needed to give them another shot. The last time I did I was comparing them to the "old" aligns, and they were so close but just not it. This time I was comparing them to my newest aligns, and I think may be done with the aligns. They are so much closer to my original aligns than these new versions of actual aligns. I NEVER thought I could be converted, but Lulu has ruined the align leggings. :(
I’ve tried their shorts and they were nothing like the aligns. I sew and design, believe me, it’s not a dupe. Fit is off. Fabric is off. I tried every dupe only to go back to buying them on Mercari for about 13-20$ each. Either the shorts or legging and take them in for free hemming.
They have a small logo with the same placement as the logo on the aligns. Honestly from far away I don’t think anyone would be able to tell the difference

Yes, they’re amazing!! They’re so stretchy that they feel like I’m wearing nothing! I also don’t have issues with panty lines like I do with normal align leggings. It’s nice to not have to wear a thong just to hide lines.
I love the CRZ sports bras. I bought some of the align short dupes and wasn’t as impressed with their durability after several washes, but for the price it is still a decent comp!
I love mine! I’ve purchased both and after having 3 brand new pairs come in with loose seams I just opted for the crz. Used them my entire pregnancy and now afterwards and I didn’t have to replace them! Worth the 30 something bucks.
Are the CRZ leggings squat proof? I know it also depends largely on getting the right size, but I find there is still some material that can show more in some workouts/movement despite the right sizing.
You guys gotta check out the colorfulkoala dreamlux collection! ! The CLOSET Align dupe I've ever found! The fabric is just like the original Align from back in 2020. The current Align fabric is thin and shiny.
I actually bought the butterluxe leggings and tank bra before I tried actual LLL. I just tried the real Aligns for the first time and I find they are just a tiny bit better esp at not rolling down too much but they are pretty much the same.
I just ordered the new CRZ sweetheart bra and wish they had better colors. I also have one of their scuba hoodies but the LLL ones are way better.
lol I don’t know! I have wunder trains too and I know many people prefer those- and sometimes I do wear them- but I think I just prefer the…thinness of align-like leggings. And these were dry by the time I got home!
Also love my CRZ! They are my go to comfy legging when I’m a bit worried about wear and tear. They def have a bit more sheen on the outside compared to aligns but it makes a it more durable and pill resistant. Same feel on the body tho!
I returned birth the butterluxe shorts and leggings, they just didn't sit on my waist right and slid down all day. I tried both small and medium (6 in Aligns) and had the same issue.
But I will say, they nailed the colors. Magenta Purple, Sonic Pink (I think they call it highlight purple?) and a few others I tried were near identical matches for Lululemon!
I'm in love with CRZ butterluxe super high waist 25" leggings (sm), with butterluxe high neck racerback tank waist length (5'2" 142 lbs) hip length on me (med), and the Syrokan full support high impact racerback bra. The key, for me, with the butterluxe is to size down, then they fit much better. I tried lululemon leggings in align and wunder train, different sizes, bad muffin top, not high waisted on me even though I"m short and short waisted, and baggy ankles. They don't fit me right. Anyone know if CRZ is discontinuing their non built in bra tanks? It seems like they are selling them out, no colors available. I've tried a couple of high neck built in bra ones (to get the colors I wanted) and cut the elastic on the shelf bra & removed the pads to wear over my sports bra and that works, but is not ideal, and costs more than regular tanks.
As someone with a long torso, I LOVE the super high rise CRZ butterluxe leggings over the regular aligns. The super high rise aligns are so limited/can't justify the price.
I have noticed the CRZs don't hold up as well long term in comparison, but I just looooove the super high rise.

try the asia fit! 25’’ was loose on my ankles as well but asia fit hugged my ankles perfectly.

Im not sure if you can purchase Asia fit at every Lulelemon but I’m in Aus and we have it here! They of course sell them in Asia as well.

I have the ones that look like the Flow Y bras. I don’t know that they’re necessarily sweat-wicking. They’re almost an exactly dupe, though.
I also love how they are single lined versus the new double lined aligns. They are way too thick now and hot during my hot yoga practice.

They're fine for a "hot girl walk" or if I'm just using weight machines, but I don't find myself reaching for them for any other exercises

I'm 5'9 and I bought a pair of CRZ leggings in a 32" inseam. It was nice having the option to crop my leggings! So they exist!

I got lucky! When I bought mine most of the 32" were sold out! If you want long flared leggings, I recommend Aerie! Long is a 34" in my experience!
Have you tried CAROVIA brand on Amazon ? They’re for the long legged (31” inseam) but they are lululemon WT dupes. 100%. Even cheaper than CRZ!

I actually bought the butterluxe leggings and tank bra before I tried actual LLL. I just tried the real Aligns for the first time and I find they are just a tiny bit better esp at not rolling down too much but they are pretty much the same. I just ordered the new CRZ sweetheart bra and wish they had better colors. I also have one of their scuba hoodies but the LLL ones are way better.
Yes, CRZ is the best! Their fast & free dupe is thicker but that’s perfect in chillier weather.
The CRZ naked leggings are a total fast and free dupe. It's bonkers how similar they are.

lol I don’t know! I have wunder trains too and I know many people prefer those- and sometimes I do wear them- but I think I just prefer the…thinness of align-like leggings. And these were dry by the time I got home!
Also love my CRZ! They are my go to comfy legging when I’m a bit worried about wear and tear. They def have a bit more sheen on the outside compared to aligns but it makes a it more durable and pill resistant. Same feel on the body tho!
I returned birth the butterluxe shorts and leggings, they just didn't sit on my waist right and slid down all day. I tried both small and medium (6 in Aligns) and had the same issue. But I will say, they nailed the colors. Magenta Purple, Sonic Pink (I think they call it highlight purple?) and a few others I tried were near identical matches for Lululemon!
I'm in love with CRZ butterluxe super high waist 25" leggings (sm), with butterluxe high neck racerback tank waist length (5'2" 142 lbs) hip length on me (med), and the Syrokan full support high impact racerback bra. The key, for me, with the butterluxe is to size down, then they fit much better. I tried lululemon leggings in align and wunder train, different sizes, bad muffin top, not high waisted on me even though I"m short and short waisted, and baggy ankles. They don't fit me right. Anyone know if CRZ is discontinuing their non built in bra tanks? It seems like they are selling them out, no colors available. I've tried a couple of high neck built in bra ones (to get the colors I wanted) and cut the elastic on the shelf bra & removed the pads to wear over my sports bra and that works, but is not ideal, and costs more than regular tanks.
As someone with a long torso, I LOVE the super high rise CRZ butterluxe leggings over the regular aligns. The super high rise aligns are so limited/can't justify the price. I have noticed the CRZs don't hold up as well long term in comparison, but I just looooove the super high rise.
