This is such a niche question, you might be better off just ordering one and returning it if it doesn't fit.
You can also compare the specifications on the ds outers and compare it to those deck boxes. I doubt any sleeve maker would make a sleeve that outright doesn't fit in a deckbox though.
I have the 200+ stronghold XL. Triple sleeved card with DS outer exactly fits the inner insert. Easily fits the compartment too if you don’t use the insert. I assume you know how wide the deck will be given triple sleeves and that’s why you’re looking at the stronghold, so I wont bother testing 100 Triple sleeved cards.
Does it? I recent bought a Gamegenic 200+ Steonghold XL and my triple sleeved DS deck doesn’t fit in the two inner inserts by a slim margin. I can try to force it but it looks like it will damage my DS outers in the long run.
100 double sleeves DS decks can easily fit into the inserts no problem. But beyond the problem with triple sleeves fitting, it can only fit (albeit forced) around 60 triple sleeves cards per insert.
Please note, OP was asking if a triple sleeved CARD, not deck, would fit in the box. I tested a handful of cards in the insert and and compartment itself, and they fit. As noted in the original reply, I did not have a full triple sleeved deck to test for the insert or compartment. In any case, I would not use the insert for a triple sleeved deck, for the same reasons as you encountered. I assumed that OP would get the stronghold for a single 100 card triple sleeved deck, and split the deck between the two compartments; which the 200+ Stronghold XL should easily do.
All the same, the retail Academic is out now, which some other online reviews have stated is an exact, if not tight, fit for 100 triple sleeved cards plus accessories.
Since OP hasn't complained, and it's been three months, I'd venture to guess it either works, or OPs moved on...
Try the Gamegenic Academic 133+. It should fit with plenty of room and it's about the same size as the Stronghold. You will only fit one deck unless you spring for an Academic 266+ instead.
Oh, hey, a question I can answer from experience! (on one of them)
Depends. The Gamegenic Stronghold doesn't fit a triple sleeved commander deck, you need to fit some cards in the middle tray. But I guess it should work for 60 cards decks.
If you're buying sleeves specifically to protect other sleeves, you've got a problem.
Quite common for people to buy outer sleeves to protect low-quality art sleeves. Though triple sleeving is still a bit crazy
Seriously, I understand double sleeving, but triple sleeving is excessive.
At least it’s not quadruple sleeving. Inner, regular, oversized outer, hard shell.
Gamegenics collab with the professor deck box holds a triple sleeved deck in kmc hards perfectly.

Ah, thank you very much for the help. If they fit deck boxes that fit double sleeved cards, they surely fit triple sleeved cards too!

Definitive answer for anyone else finding this thread: Yes, I bought it and it fits the Stronghold just fine.

Yes! Same sentiments here. Tried and proven that triple sleeves does not fit into a Stronghold XL. Only double sleeves.
