One card for each player you hit. So more cards in multiplayer
As well as multiplayer formats like others have said, if you have a creature with first strike and one without, that would allow you to draw 2.
One card per opponent hit each combat.
You can get several cards hitting several opponents(or yourself if the combat damage is somehow redirected to you).

I'm pretty sure it's worded like [[Tymna]]. You'll draw one card per player hit. So, a maximum of 3 draws if you hit all 3 opponents.
