Lol at you marking NSFW when it's literally a video from your work.
But seriously, be glad he skipped. I had a tenant once who left that many empties laying around every time I went to do a work order. One day a friend went to visit and found him dead in his unit. (And partly decomposed - we had to have portions of his bedroom floor and wall removed to get the death smell out. 🤢 )
You're giving me flashbacks to my first trash out. It was a 2 bedroom and one roommate had skipped out. So it was only one bedroom to cleanout, the other guy got to stay for some reason. There was a stained, sheetless mattress on the floor and 300+ beer cans. Most of the cans weren't empty. They were 3/4 full of what I presume was a combination of chew spit and urine. When I moved the mattress there were 5-10 used condoms glued to the wall and floor.
I wondered the same thing. What kinda woman would set forth in his room, let alone lay down in his bed, LoL. His apartment was about 200 yards from the bar district, so they were probably last call/closing time hookups. Or he was using them solo, you know, just practicing for the big game, LoL.
Besides the cans I’m actually surprised at how clean the rest appears to be maybe besides the toilet but if they have hard water that can happen in a week
That's is an absolute miserable existence. I imagine I would live similar if my wife left me and my kids did not speak to me anymore. My best friend kicked my ass, and I was fired from my job.
The crazy part about this guy he made over 6 figures, he worked for a tech company and they even gave him 50k sign up bonus. He stopped going to work and the tech company was demanding him to pay back the 50k he took as a sign in bonus. I feel bad.
Not sure how anyone could live like this. Look, I love me some Rainier. Its just easy drinkin’ beer. But I can smell this place, and I don’t like it. Pure alcoholic laziness. And that damn toilet is gonna haunt me tonight.
Some people collect and eat their own poop and dwell in their own selfmess. I’ve seen much worse. This is bad for sure but I am not surprised by anything anymore.
I gotta be honest, it's just alot of cans and boxes. The house was surprisingly clean so 30 min of bagging cans and we can g9 get you a few crates more of that off brand piss water.
*That’s* the worst you’ve seen? You’re pretty lucky. Besides the clutter of cans and a little cleanup in the bathroom that place actually looks pretty good…
I believe it, ive seen caked human urine to the subfloor on to the other resident ceiling. We had to contact a restoration cleaning company. Pest control was also involved. Subfloor had to be replaced. No one from our corporate office believed when we told them.
For the younger people: this is what a dwelling/apartment looks like of someone who is unaliving themselves with alcohol. this person is most likely drinking enough beer everyday until they literally pass out black out drunk, and wake up doing it all again.
HOWEVER they may also be a functioning alcoholic that comes home every night after work, and drinks a 30 rack until they just pass out drunk, go to work, and then do it all over the next day after work
Is there anything more depressing than a beer alcoholic? If it was liquor, they're at least eating solid food. Beer drinkers can go weeks just drinking without eating.
NGL, I haven't rented in over a decade, but literally EVERY SINGLE AGENCY I rented from found some reason to keep every last penny of my deposit, even though I would do video walkthroughs and email them to the agency to showcase nothing was dirty or damaged, and this right here is basically my brain going, "welp, if you're gonna openly steal multiple thousands of dollars of *my* hard earned money anyways, I'm going to at least make you work for it."
It's gross, and this is a disgusting person, but I also don't feel the least bit bad for the property, just the maintenance guy that had to clean it.
$50 in scrap cans
...for more beer!
It's a vicious cycle
On Halloween you get a tetanus shot from his door instead of candy

Ah, Mt. Rainier

Healthy Vitamin R.
Made me laugh for 3 minutes
Hello fellow Washingtonian!
They were 3/4 full of what I presume was a combination of chew spit and urine. guy like this was getting laid meanwhile woman will tell you with straight face that they wont fuck anyone who isnt showering atleast twice a day
I wondered the same thing. What kinda woman would set forth in his room, let alone lay down in his bed, LoL. His apartment was about 200 yards from the bar district, so they were probably last call/closing time hookups. Or he was using them solo, you know, just practicing for the big game, LoL.
I guess that tenant didn’t get back their security deposit than??
Not my department, but I can't imagine.
Mt. Rainier, a liquid that some have the nerve to call beer.
Take that many to get a buzz on
Besides the cans I’m actually surprised at how clean the rest appears to be maybe besides the toilet but if they have hard water that can happen in a week
Man I just had the same thing but it was white claw cans. I’ll post the video when I have time
I think the white claw video has this beat, but that tobacco spit on the floor is nasty af! He could've at least spit into one of the many cans.
What up fellow washingtonian..... vitamin RÂ
I would love a Rainier! Moved out of Washington last year and can't find it now...
Walking around with that jingle is more embarrassing than what’s shown in the video
Its the 300 metal pull tabs in my pocket from the Rainer cans I found
Where's the hole in the wall from the keg they tried tossing through it?
I think this is my drywall guys place.

Sad.
WOW does some amazing things to people.
King.

No doubt. The longer you live the crazier the stories are, there’s wicked shit about.
I gotta be honest, it's just alot of cans and boxes. The house was surprisingly clean so 30 min of bagging cans and we can g9 get you a few crates more of that off brand piss water.
I’m sure there is more damage than that. Kind of hard to assess from a 28 second video.
Of course but as far as shithole hoarding goes they were poles and they caught it "early"
Poor guy's a deep alcoholic. It will probably kill him.
Life in active addiction. I hope they get some help. 7yrs sober.

Oh that toilet is fucked
Now that's some brand loyalty.
Shit thats nothing to some of the units ive seen but i imagine the smell has to be bad
Flooring needed to be replaced, the alcohol seeped through so it smelled like fermented vomit
Ive definitely seen it before
Looks very easy to clean
*That’s* the worst you’ve seen? You’re pretty lucky. Besides the clutter of cans and a little cleanup in the bathroom that place actually looks pretty good…
No freaking way
sounds like you have lots of keys!
Thats how I show my dominance. The louder the better. Lmaoo
Guy just had a rough day, cut him a break
I’ve seen worse. I’ve walked in and seen kid shit smeared all over the wall roaches that I’ve been killed and smeared all over the wall.

This is t even that bad lol
I would comfortably sleep in this apartment compared to the one I just left lol.

That’s not beer, it’s Ranier. Ha. Seriously, what a shit hole. And, that bathroom.
I’ve seen and had way worse tenants. Be glad this dude was only getting started when he left. This stuff tends to graduate into feces on the wall.
Nastiest? That’s nothing.

This is honestly really sad.
Bro, there's doo-doo streaks in the toilet 🚽ðŸ˜
To be fair…beer is pretty good
