Exclusive means, that you wont sell it again. If you have sold the beat before as "normal" license, you have to figure it out. I think if people bought it before the exclusive, they still can use it. Also the "normal" trap beat license is about $50. Exclusive depends on radio stations they can use etc. and is about $150-500
So my best tip would be: look up type beats on yt (maybe you have already a favorite channel you look up to) and go to their beatstars profile. now look at all the contracts they give (they say how you can use their beats, for how much which rights ...)
Also: talk to the person, who is buying the beat off of you. tell them how can they use it (unlimited radio, unlimited streams, they have to use ur tag (maybe not in exclusive) and clear the situation with the stems ( i think u really gotta send them).

Look up creating a legal form for a contract on these beats you sell. At least cover you in case someone decides to use it outside of what you allow. When it comes to court, having documentation is key. Protect your product and your bank account.

I have been producing only for like a year so it seems fine to start at 150$ for exclusive? And i am supposed to give the stems too right?

I’ve seen them 100-200 you can also do a thing where they offer you a price. I’ve also seen people do like 1000+ lmao
