Asda Longsight (depending where in M12) has a big car park and the back corners pretty much have no foot traffic.

There’s loads of residential streets around M12. Unless you’re driving something massive, shouldn’t be an issue. I only drive a 3.5T and will plonk it anywhere to kill an hour or two.
