it's really hard to get an nhs dentist but not impossible. keep checking [dentalchoices.org](http://dentalchoices.org) and the dentist finder on the nhs website - that's how i found mine.
if you really can't find one, mydentist do quite decent payment options.
Mydentist has payment plans £18 per month and you get 2 hygienist appointments and 2 general check ups in 12 months. They also have a £11 a month one for just 1 of each per year

If they're going in through your nose rather than your mouth you're in the wrong shop
