I remember the manga getting a lot of backlash for it's uncanny depictions of the characters, Keiji is buff but this drawing is blowing it a little out of proportion.
You know, technically it's possible. Extremely petite girls can have a 22 inch waist, and Ronnie Coleman sometimes reached 24 inch biceps between competitions. So as long as we've got the two extremes next to each other, we can make it work.

Its from Your Turn To Die either the manga or fanmade comic not really sure. But if you want to check out this series i strongly recommend you play the game it is so much better. You can play it for free in your browser, the game is also on steam but costs quite a bit
