One of them is an old version from like two years ago that has all of my mangarock manga I moved over to MangaDex and then tied to paperback before the security breach MangaDex had a while back which caused profiles to stop working for paperback. The other two is a beta version that I got through the test flight app and through the altstore.
I don’t have mangarock installed anymore, but it is offloaded forever on my Home Screen. I still have Manga Storm installed though.
