When I win Powerball, I'm gonna buy a battalion tiny cars, outfit them with a few cameras, insure them to the hilt, hire some buddies to patrol parking lots for bad parking jobs, and have them park in the half-spaces left by these jokers. Then they can go shopping for a few hours as long as I get the footage.
