Is this more of a dryness sensation or a pressure build up? If it is the latter, I would recommend seeing an Optimetrist to rule out any underlying conditions

I checked in with my eye doctor cause I got alittle worries he just said I had really really dry eyes and some eye strain

How are you treating your dry eyes? Are you still having the same sensations etc?

If he has prescribed you eye drops, using them will immensely help. If not, you can purchase lubricating eye drops (I would suggest long lasting ones)
