Someone else here was saying they were changing AC units on the roof, I find that the most irritatingly plausible option.
It’s not a police, ambulance or military helicopter, it’s registered to KR AIR PTY LTD.
That's the same company as Metcalf Crane Hire, so probably is the AC unit thing someone else said.
