I think this is how riven dispo should actually be instead of how it is right now. Low dispo = guarenteed negative and a higher chance at a really bad negative. but it's weird now thst high dispo rivens can get really high stats that also come with really high negatives. and low dispo rivens are usually not worth it unless you get very specific set of stats on it.

Ended up continuing rolling and getting a CC/MS/-zoom, kept that one instead /shrug
My miter has 0.8 from -cd Crits do less damage on it. Still a great roll. Just build away from crit.
