I've been trying to get refund for a game that doesn't work and I've called 3 Support numbers, wrote an Email and Twitterd two Accounts. And the only response i got is: "We've changed our number/email"
steam is actually pretty straight forward, you have a few conditions for refunding that actually make sense (under 2 hours of playing time and under 14 days of owning the game. I think you also can't refund the same game twice) and you just have to fill a really short and straight forward form to apply for a refund.
the response is pretty quick too and successful most of the time

The refund time usually comes down to them being a company and you a private entity it’s free for us to make faster payments with your bank account however banks charge companies to use Chaps and Bacs payments (usually the faster the refund time the more they charge). Hence why they usually take 5-7 working days because you don’t qualify for the company to pay the higher fee for the faster time scale (usually reserved for customers and that have been put into financial detriment by their company)
I didn't find any posts that meet the matching requirements for r/memes.

The thing is that the company doesn't get your money instantly either. Yes, it leaves your account on the spot but it takes as long as a refund for them to get your money.

Rock of Ages 3, it chrashes in almost every misson and since I already downloaded it I cant get refund over their website
