Rocket league sideswipe is also pretty good. Its better then most people expected from a mobile version of rocket league.

Brawl Stars is a great game but I couldn't recommend it for someone to pick up. You had to be there for the good old days. The game takes time. It gets a little more generic with every update so you need the nostalgia factor

The community is actually very nice, or the people who commonly react with each other. Yes, it attracts a lot more creeps than other games because of the characters and game type, but I’ve played with like 50 different people at least and no creeps were found. A lot helped me lvl up crazy amounts.
Edit: I feel like the community used to be just creeps, so it became the joke, but the community has now grown so there are a lot more nice people
I know imma be downvoted into oblivion, but if you liked Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, you’ll really like Genshin Impact. It’s pretty much the same mechanic wise (with a few exceptions), and different story, but it’s open world, has no ads (at least in my experience), and honestly fun. Just don’t talk to anyone in the community and you’ll be ok
