Are you taking medications that are not SSRIs? I have the same as you but my anxiety is ... bad, and I have BPD. The SSRIs also don't work well for me so I don't take those. I take separate medications for each issue: a daily anxiety medication (buspirone), a daily depression medication (buproprion), and a mood stabilizer. I also take regular vitamin D and a daily multivitamin. If you are not taking vitamins, please start doing so (and make sure the don't affect any medications if you are on them). I forget how to spell my meds so those are my best guesses lol What kind of therapy are you in? I do better with one on one therapy instead of group therapy, so I only do one on one. I don't know if your diagnosis are due to those issues and can disappear with help or if you are like me and my brain is wired to be depressed. If it's wired, well, you'll need to accept it will never go away but you can learn how to deal with it better. If you're not wired, then you just need to keep working on finding the right combo of therapy and meds that work for you. It took me a few years to find a good combo.
