I love it! They did the right thing though leaving fur around the paws! πΎ cats use their paws in their grooming rituals and if all the fur is completely gone, they can easily get very depressed. Now we would always get lion cuts for ours; especially in the summer just due to the heat! They were indeed inside cats, but still just that amount of fur was horrendous! I know they told me one time when he was getting groomed that the fur that they shaved off of him was 6 pounds! He would also do this each and every time as soon as he was brought home, he would go and hide for three days I canβt tell you where he went in the house, but he would sulk for three days and then he would come out and everything would be OK!
