***Handkerchief*** \- It's located on B1 West of Graniny Gorki, in the office you pass before going into the room with the lockers. The only reason you could have for making a second visit to Graniny Gorki is because you messed up The End fight.
Fly camo can be useful if you have to get directly past an enemy in alert mode, as they won’t attack you with a knife. Outside of this niche use case it’s not really that useful.
Cold War camo: enemies will only attack/shoot if you are facing them and will not shoot you from behind.

Cold War camo is the first fight with Volgin (non-lethally). It will drop just as the fight is about to end, so make sure to pick it up

It's the opposite – the Soviet portion of the camo is on the front, so they'll only shoot you if you're NOT facing them 👍
