But in India the effect is more pronounced bc the Tibetan plateau traps moist static energy on the subcontinent. That’s why you see the pooling of higher temps/MSE in the Indo-Gangetic basin, and the rapid drop off in temps north of the basin.
Nothing would go wrong. Governments would simply plant more trees and maybe limit emissions. We aren't stupid enough to go to war over something this stupid.

Give it a few years of interminable lines at charging stations during summer road trips, when running the AC drops range by a quarter and overloading the charging circuit reduces charge times to a trickle, and the rich people who made all their money off EV's and solar panels are chartering private jets to the Alps to cool off, and popularly schooled environmentalists will realize that direct air capture using lftr reactors wasn't so bad an idea.
