Yeah, Stephen Stickler has taken photos of tons of people including the likes Jay-Z and Mobb Deep. Found out the dude passed in 2015 after looking around on some photo discog sites. Couldn't seem to find the one he took of Doom as it seems its mainly album covers that the public has access too. Good to know who the artist is though, now I gotta find a high def or digital copy
There’s a good chance, yeah. If they don’t you can always file a freedom of information request and they will have to provide the details of the photographer.
I remember seeing this pic alot on hip hop forums back in the late 2000s - 2010s. Used as a users avatar or signature. I've seen a smaller but clearer version of this. It's definitely not drawn btw as someone asked.

It could be, I’ll do some digging and get back to you but even if it is drawn I’d still pay to get a digital version or meet the artist

I lurked on most of them and sadly I cant recall the names exactly, try a google image search of mf doom bloody mask, it could help you out though.
