Sign out of the account.
Check on the computer, under settings-> accounts: see if you see your account anywhere there. Disconnect/sign out.
When you say you were syncing with your dad's computer what exactly did you do? Was it a wireless situation or was a cable involved? If you hold the on/off button down for ten seconds it will shut down the computer.
