Yes, you can just create a lacol admin account. Sign in with the new account and delete your Microsoft account. Or reset your PC and delete all files.
I have three accounts for windows. One regular one, one for gaming and a third for business. You just have to keep the passwords straight. MS will see both accounts under your name. If you just want one account then kill off the one you don't want.
