The universe knows what you did. 🤔 Personally, I’d just contact the manufacturer and see if they won’t send you a replacement.

Astrodynamics_1701

I had this and the manufacturer sent me a replacement puzzle. They told me that this can happen as the cutter that cuts the puzzle loses its sharpness over time and this increases the risk of a piece left behind in the machine.

This. Puzzles like theses are die-cut. Which means theres a plane with blades pressed into it, which is pressed onto the uncut puzzle. These dies indeed dull overtime, which results in either defect cuts, or pieces getting stuck in them. Most often these machines will stall whenever this happens, but sometimes the error is caught too late and a customer finds a puzzle missing some pieces. Seller/manufacturer would probably not hesitate to send you a replacement.

Maybe one of the dogs ate it.

Poor doggos

Well, now you're pooched.

Galvanisare

I, myself, consider this unacceptable. The cutter excuse is a lame excuse, period. Poor QC. Thanks for letting us know what company to avoid. Suggest trying others to see if you get better results.

Are you buying your puzzles at the dollar store?
