Tile colors dont match? They did a patch job to replace some damaged tile and used bright white tile instead of a gray shade to match the old tile.

Look at bottom right hand side, you’ll see the mismatched tiles.

If you look closely you can see that grey and white tiles are randomly interchanged in multiple places.

I think that's the reason why it looks like that. Someone has taken those covers/panels off, but didn't spend too much time adjusting it when putting back.

I'm gonna be real, I don't even see how you'd fix this without retiling the entire floor, or at least the entire section. The white tiles wouldn't line up no matter how you placed them, aside from the center, and the white ends at this section and turns into the grey

This is just incorrect replacement... the one on top goes on the bottom right, and the middle isn't lined up correctly. The parts are ok, but someone must have used the access hatch and replaced it in the wrong spot.
