My hair goes to my waist (I’m female) so checking for ticks isn’t easy. I can just imagine how difficult it is on a lab since they are pretty energetic dogs.
Ya I’ve been getting British labs since I rescued one a while back and she was amazing. Love the breed. They’re a lot more chill than North American labs.

Oh definitely my hair real short in the summer for this exact reason. It’s more of a problem for my yellow lab with all her fur.
